I loved my 1 night stay.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

The setting is favourable and stunning, short walk to public transport, the railway station in Lugano-Paradiso and the lake.

The hotel is not only fairly clean, but it's in a such convenient location too. It has Irish bar, serving hot drinks.

Had a nice stay here. Everything was perfectly fine from staff, who were awesomely helpful, to the extremely convenient location. Very beautiful more than adequate rooms. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with plenty of meals. Friendly reception. Also, free WiFi was provided throughout the property.
